I helped grow a bold idea into a global brand: raising $40M, shipping to 50+ markets, scaling teams and supply chains, and learning the real lessons that only come from building under pressure. Some moments were extraordinary. Some were brutal. All of it taught me what it actually takes to turn vision into reality.
Before that, I spent seven years at the Copenhagen Institute for Futures Studies, advising organisations on how technology, culture, and shifting behaviours shape the future.
Today, I work with founders and leaders on strategy, growth, governance, and the hard decisions that come with ambition.
